1 cup of cauliflower, chopped 1 cup chopped cabbage 3 celery stalks 1 green pepper 1 can of chickpeas (drained) (optional) 1 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbs moroccan seasoning (e.g Masterfoods) 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp ground coriander seeds (optional) 2 tbs tomato paste (optional) extra virgin olive oil or rice bran oil 2 tbs coconut powder (optional) 1 cup wine or vegetable stock

Preparation Method
